1.       If the goods are returned within 15 days of receipt without breaking the seal or any damages done to the final packing it will be covered under 100% money back guarantee.

(Note: You can get full view of the purchased stone without breaking final packing)

2.       It is to be very clear that 100% money back policy is only meant for the net actual amount received by us from the sale of the goods excluding Vat charges, payment gateway processing fee and certification charges etc. (Note: Payment gateway charges are not applied on cash on delivery)

3.       Once order is placed it cannot be cancelled without proper intimation and after dispatch.

4.       By any chance, you find your product does not match to what it has been shown/described, return it to us and we will refund your payment. It is that simple no exception, no discussion, no delays. There is no re-enlisting or re-stocking fee. The only condition is that the item must be returned unchanged, undamaged and without the final security tag broken.

5.       Our inspection period 7(seven) Days starts from the day we receive the gems stone.

6.       The returned product should be accompanied with original certificate, original/copy of invoice, packing, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.

7.       Return shipment and handling expenses is customer’s cost.

8.       Return payment will take 7days (working) to process. Please note that the credit card company/ banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.

9.       If not returned within 15(fifteen) days of receipt it will be treated under buyback and replacement policy.

10.   On “store” credit, gateway charges will not be deducted. Here “store” means the amount credited against a return of gemstone and has not be taken by customer and retain with us for future purchase by the customer when he decide to purchase. You will get the information of the amount “store” by sms and mail.
